NEW CLIENTS PAYMENT POLICY
New clients will be booked for the first session once payment is completed by debit or credit card transaction over the phone. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may change the time or date of your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule after the notice period you will not be granted a refund of your payment you made for the first session. Refunds will be granted if Westminster Psychotherapy Ltd is notified in writing to lsears@westminsterpsychotherapy.co.uk explaining that the client wishes to cancel and does not wish to reschedule another appointment up to 24 hours before the booked appointment and refunds are provided by cheque only regardless of the original method of payment.
